CHERUB Nannies acts to link parents with child care providers (nannies).

As a Client, you agree to pay all applicable fees for selected services all services rendered by CHERUB Nannies.

The selection of a child care provider is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian, and as such, no parent or guardian using this Service shall hold this Service liable or responsible in any way for the selection of the child care provider(s).

By submitting your request, either verbally or on-line to the CHERUB Nannies office, you are acknowledging the above and do relinquish CHERUB Nannies from all liabilities and claims.
