Thank you for registering your child with CHERUB Nannies Talent Management (hereafter referred to as CnTM).
CnTM was designed to highlight the talent of our area’s brightest and most talented children with a chance for your child to participate in area talent activities, fashion shows and print material.
You have chosen CnTM because you feel your child has a special talent.
Please take time to read over our terms and policy statement before registering your child and signing this document.
CnTM works with talent brokers looking for talented youth for their events. CnTM may, on occasion, host its own event; however, a high percentage of events your child may participate in will be handled by talent brokers not affiliated with CnTM.
As your child’s parent/legal guardian it is your responsibility to accept or deny such offers. It is your responsibility to understand the broker’s or talent scout's intent to use your child in
Given the amount of material presented to CnTM we cannot return photographs and videos. All photos, video and audio tapes given this Service become the sole property of CnTM.
You agree to pay a registration fee of $25 for the handling and processing of your child’s application, video/audio/photograph viewing and presentation to talent brokers. This registration fee is non-refundable, plus a one-time fifteen percent commission fee of your child's first talent assignment. No other fees are required.
CnTM does not pay your child for participating in events of brokers, nor does it guarantee placement of your child in talent events. You must discuss compensation with the broker who has selected your child to participate in broker’s event. CnMT acts a conduit for parents to be placed in touch with area talent brokers for shows, events, and activities.
Your paid
registration fee shall state that you have read the above terms and are in acceptance thereof and will not hold CHERUB Nannies, CHERUB Nannies Talent Management, it's affiliates, subsidiaries, family members, employees or its owner liable in any manner.

CnTM does not guarentee placement of your child in any event, nor does it provide a time frame when your child may be selected. All candidates are chosen by the broker based on need, talent appeal and offer availability.
